Jean Durand-Ruel

Jean worked for over eight years at Mazars in Paris, a leading European auditing and financial consulting company. He was subsequently appointed as director of the Mazars office in Budapest.

Arnaud Lelouvier

Arnaud has over thirty years of experience in M&A transactions and financial management. He has advised on and executed a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition of AMT Logistics in Switzerland, the sale of AvtoVAZ to Renault, the sale of Qatari Diar’s Cegelec (France) to Vinci, and the acquisition of Kings & Balducci of New York.

Pedro Antelo

Pedro began his career as an auditor with Moore & Stephens in 1987. During a prestigious and diverse career, Pedro has held senior positions across a number of major Telecoms and global construction groups.
