SICP has extensive knowledge within the agricultural sector.

We advise various agricultural holdings on methods for improving mid to long term capitalization, and we have been involved in numerous projects developing investment and exit strategies in this sector.

We leveraged our sector expertise to acquire, restructure and subsequently sell a dealer group for John Deere Agricultural Equipment, Mercury Technology. Whilst operating this company we implemented an effective program of providing advice to local farmers on best international practices for the improvement of crop yields.
