We have a wealth of experience in all areas of the automotive industry.

Team members have been responsible for establishing and operating Trinity Motors, the first distributor for General Motors in the FSU, setting up and running RAC, a leading manufacturer and supplier of components. 

In addition, partners have advised on many landmark deals and cross-border M&As, including the JV between GM and AvtoVaz, the acquisition of LDV by GAZ, the JV between Isuzu and Sollers and in the $1 billion USD sale of 25% of AvtoVaz to Renault.

 

We were also the lead advisor for the sale of MMC Rus, the official importer and distributor of Mitsubishi Motors, covering all regions of the Russian Federation, to the Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi Motors.

SICP has also acquired and successfully restructured Delta, a leading Finnish distributor of KIA and Mitsubishi, with 25 dealership outlets.

The distribution business of Delta was sold to Bergé in 2018.

We also invested in the IAL Group, a leasing and fleet management company operating throughout Russia.
