SICP has a Corporate Finance advisory division, consulting clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as fundraising and liability management.

 

Prior to and since the creation of this division, our core team has had an impressive track record advising on various complex debt restructuring transactions and the completion of numerous landmark deals and cross-border M&As.

SICP acquired, turned around, and eventually sold (to Mitsubushi Corporation) an operational leasing company specialising in vehicle leases.

 

SICP was an investor in Quantam, a high-frequency trading hedge fund operating out of Paris and Luxembourg which was subsequently sold to an UHNWI.
