SICP owns a corporate finance advisory boutique, Strategic Initiatives (SI), whose team members include the President of PAI, a Chairman of Renault Credit International, an advisor to the Chairman of VneshEkonomBank (the Russian government's development bank) and a Board member of Natioalnye Targovye Bank.

Prior to and since the creation of SI, our core team has had an impressive track record advising on various complex debt restructuring transactions and the completion of numerous landmark deals and cross-border M&As.

SICP also owns a vehicle leasing company, IAL and a fund that specialises in high frequency trading on world markets, the Quantam Group.
